Edible&Medicinal Mushrooms! 5 Tons Per Day!

Recently, the Satrise team visited a Sparassis crispa production base. The base is experiencing a bumper harvest and workers are busy harvesting.

In order to increase production capacity, the base has introduced two automated packaging machines, mainly for small packaging of 150g trays. At present, two automated packaging machines have been basically debugged and will be put into use soon. After the automatic packaging machine is put into use, it can automatically package 40 to 60 packages of Sparassis crispa every minute. At present, each mushroom house in the base is fully loaded with mushroom bags, and picking is completed every more than 20 days. The daily harvest volume has reached 5 tons, and the market demand is strong.

Sparassis crispa, a rare edible and medicinal fungus, is rich in nutrients such as beta glucan and vitamins, and has many benefits to human health. With the increase in production and the expansion of the market, the daily output is expected to double to 10 tons before the end of the year to better meet consumer demand.
