1、Strain production cycle
Under normal circumstances, the seed production cycle of solid strains of shiitake mushrooms is 87-98 days, and the seed production cycle of liquid strains is 20-26 days. In contrast, the seed production cycle of liquid strains is shortened by more than 70%, which is conducive to variety switching.

2、Strain production costs
Taking the daily production of 40,000 bacterial sticks as an example, the costs include raw materials, consumables, labor, sterilization and air-conditioning energy consumption. After comprehensive calculation, the cost of each solid strain is 0.1 to 0.15 yuan, and the cost of each liquid strain is 0.04 to 0.05 yuan. In contrast, the cost of liquid strains has dropped by more than 50%, saving 800,000 to 1.2 million yuan in strain costs every year.
3、Inoculation efficiency
Compared with solid inoculation machines, liquid inoculation machines have higher inoculation efficiency and higher degree of automation, and can save 20% of labor and labor costs. Moreover, the vaccination survival rate can reach 100%.
4、Reduce bacteria bag puncture steps
The liquid strain production process does not require small punctures and oxygenation operations, so the number of workers and costs of this step can be reduced. At the same time, it can reduce pollution caused by small thorns. During the operation of small thorns, it is easy to tear the bacteria bag and puncture the black material area, resulting in frequent contamination problems. Generally, the contamination rate caused by small thorns is much higher than the contamination rate during inoculation.
5、Bacteria germination cycle
The bacteria cultivation cycle is shortened by 7-10 days, and the warehouse utilization rate is increased by more than 8%.
6、Contamination rate is less than 0.5%
Judging from the production data, the highest contamination rate of liquid strains when taking them out of the bag does not exceed 0.5%, and the lowest can reach 0%. The contamination rate of solid strains when taken out of bags is as low as 0.04% and as high as 2.19%.
