1. The mixer adopts a hard-tooth surface reducer, with a load-bearing capacity 7-8 times that of a general reducer, a long service life and low noise. The mixer spiral adopts an inner and outer double helix structure, and the material can form an inner and outer layer for cyclic transportation, shortening the mixing time and making the mixing more uniform; it is suitable for mixing various edible fungus raw materials.
2. The scraper conveyor uses a nylon scraper, which is less likely to deform and has a larger loading capacity; it uses a heavy-duty chain, which is not easy to break.
3. The upper conveyor adopts a double-spiral feeding device (automatic loading and automatic return). The length and number of unloading ports can be customized according to the daily output, which can realize the mixing, transportation and distribution of edible fungus raw materials.
4. The fully automatic bagging, ring-pressing, capping and basketing combined machine is suitable for short-bag cultivation of king oyster mushrooms, seafood mushrooms, antler mushrooms, Pleurotus pleurotus, enoki mushrooms, etc. Using PLC and servo motor to achieve fully automated control. Two bag supply methods are available: ordinary cut bags or rolled film bags. Double bags are loaded at the same time, which is more efficient. The weight error of the bacterial bags is small. The tightness can be automatically adjusted on the touch screen according to the reasonable requirements of the customer, making it easy to operate.
5. The shelving machine can replace manual moving of baskets for shelving. It adopts linear guide rails with high precision and good guiding performance. The platform lifting adopts dual positioning of photoelectric induction and encoder distance measurement, which makes the positioning more precise and the stroke adjustable. The basket pushing mechanism adopts the form of motor + synchronous gear to drive the rack, and cooperates with the linear guide guide. The pushing force of the basket is stable, the speed is constant, and the service life is long.
