The composition system of the vacuum fryer: vacuum frying kettle, oil circulation heating system, vacuum system, water vapor capture system, hydraulic system, automatic de-oiling system, electrical control system.
1). The vacuum system consists of a vacuum kettle, a water vapor capture condenser, a water ring vacuum pump, a water cooling system and related valves and pipelines.
It is used to evacuate the system and maintain a high vacuum degree during the frying process.
2). The oil steam heating system consists of a stop valve, a steam solenoid valve, a safety valve and related valves and pipelines, monitoring instruments, etc. It is used to heat edible oil.
3). The hydraulic system consists of a hydraulic station, a hydraulic cylinder, etc., which is used for manual basket lifting and automatic frying process.
4). The electronic control system is composed of PLC, touch screen and low-voltage electrical appliances for system protection and automatic control.
5). The de-oiling system is used for vacuum centrifugal de-oiling at the end of frying to reduce the oil content of fried food.
