Ganoderma lucidum releases large amounts of ganoderma spore powder when mature. Ganoderma spores are pink-brown or brown-red, and the yield is very low. On average, only 5~8kg of spore powder can be obtained for every 100kg of Ganoderma fruiting bodies. Research has proven that Lingyi spore powder has the functions of nourishing the mind and calming the mind, regulating immunity, inhibiting tumors, and suppressing viruses. Therefore, Ganoderma spore powder has high medicinal and economic value and is increasingly valued by cultivators. If Ganoderma spore powder is the main product, polysporic Ganoderma strains should be used for cultivation. At present, the main methods for collecting Ganoderma spore powder include mulching method, bagging collection and mechanical wind collection method.
1.Mulching film method
When Ganoderma lucidum is powdered, place plastic film along the bed to receive the scattered spores. Use a clean brush to collect the Ganoderma spore powder in the film together. The disadvantage is that the collected spore powder will contain some sand, and the purity of the spore powder is not high enough.
2. Bagging collection method
When the white edge of the fruiting body basically disappears or disappears completely, the color of the cap deepens, spores begin to be released from the base of the stipe, and brown spore powder appears below the fruiting body, at this time bagging should be carried out in time. Before bagging, lay a layer of film on the ground and put a shorter collar on the base of each Ganoderma lucidum for fixation. Put a cylindrical film inside the ring, tie the bottom tightly, and put the bag mouth upward. At the same time, put a paper tube (non-woven fabric) with good air permeability that is the same size as the Ganoderma lucidum inside the bag. Cover the paper tube with cardboard to prevent spore powder from escaping. The cardboard and Ganoderma mushroom caps should have 5cm high pores. After bagging, the relative air humidity is maintained at 75%~80% and the temperature is 22~28℃. Do not spray water after bagging. Use ground irrigation to control humidity. Pay attention to ventilation and ventilate for 1 to 2 hours every other day. Generally, the largest amount of spores is released in the first week of bagging, accounting for more than 60% of the total spores. The first collection of spores is carried out 40 to 50 days after the Ganoderma lucidum is bagged. Remove the cardboard above, first use a clean brush to brush the spore powder on the cap into the paper tube, carefully lift the cylindrical film, pour the Ganoderma lucidum spore powder into a clean container, then put it back as it is, cover it with cardboard and continue collecting. .
3. Use mechanical wind to collect spore powder
When the Ganoderma spore powder is ejected, two ventilation machines are set up 1m away from the ground in the greenhouse. The two machines with a power of 300W can be used for the greenhouse with an area of 300m². Put a long cloth bag on the air outlet of the fan, and tie the bag with a rope to the greenhouse every 2m. The bag should be 1.0~1.5m above the ground. Turn on the power at 4-8 a.m. every morning, 5-8 p.m. and all day on cloudy days to form a negative pressure flow to collect Ganoderma spore powder. After absorbing it, use a clean brush to collect it into a container.
