In December 2018, a delegation of Japanese professors visited China to explore the cultivation of shiitake mushrooms. As experts in the field of mushroom cultivation, we were honored to escort them and introduce them to the unique techniques and practices employed in China.
During their visit, we arranged for the professors to tour several specialized shiitake mushroom farms. Here, they observed the meticulous care taken in every stage of the cultivation process, from spore inoculation to harvesting. The professors were particularly interested in the use of advanced technology and sustainable practices in China’s mushroom industry.
We also held in-depth discussions on the latest shiitake mushroom cultivation techniques. The Japanese delegation shared their experiences and insights, while we provided detailed explanations of our methods and techniques. This exchange of knowledge was mutually beneficial, as it allowed us to learn from each other’s strengths and improve our own practices.
The visit was a resounding success, with the Japanese professors expressing their gratitude for the opportunity to learn from China’s mushroom cultivation experts.
