Clinker cultivation has the advantages of high site utilization, flexible mushrooming time, reduced pollution rate, and high biological conversion rate.

1.Clinker Cultivation Process
Culture material selection → Culture material preparation → Mixing → Bagging → Sterilization → Cooling → Inoculation → Germination period management → Soil covering → Mushrooming period management → Harvesting → Tide period management.

2. Selection of Culture Materials
The following culture medium formulas are commonly used in production.
(1) Cottonseed hulls 90%, corn flour 8%, urea 0.5%, lime 1.5%.
(2) Corn cobs 88%, rice bran or wheat bran 10%, urea 0.5%, lime 1.5%.
(3) Corn cobs 40%, cottonseed hulls 40%, wheat bran 10%, corn flour 5%, superphosphate 1%, gypsum powder 2%, lime 2%.
(4) Rice straw 70%, cottonseed hulls 20%, corn flour 5%, superphosphate 1%, gypsum powder 2%, lime 2%.
(5) Pleurotus ostreatus or enoki mushroom bran 60%, cottonseed hulls 30%, corn flour 8%, lime 2%.

3.Mixing
Make ingredients according to the recipe, mix the main ingredients and auxiliary ingredients evenly, add water and mix well. The pH of the culture medium is adjusted to 8.5~9.0, and the water content is 60%~65%.

4. Bagging
Usually use polyethylene or polypropylene plastic bags of 17cmX(30~35)cm and 0.004~0.006cm thick to evenly pack the culture medium into the bags. Use a plastic collar and a breathable plug to seal the bags, or use a plastic rope to seal the bags.

5. Sterilization
Use 100℃ normal pressure sterilization for 10~12h, or 128℃ high pressure sterilization for 2h under 0.15MPa conditions, and inoculate after cooling.

6. Inoculation
After sterilization, the material bags are moved into the inoculation room and inoculated under sterile conditions after the material temperature drops to about 30°C.

7. Management During The Mushroom Growth Period
Move the inoculated mushroom bags into a sterilized culture room or mushroom shed for cultivation. The temperature is controlled at 24~26℃, and the maximum temperature does not exceed 30℃. Under suitable conditions, the mycelium will grow all over the bag in 25~35 days. At this time, if the temperature is suitable and the market sales are good, the bags can be removed and covered with soil for mushroom growth. If the temperature is not suitable for mushroom growth or the market price is low, it can be temporarily placed in a cool place and covered with soil for mushroom growth when the situation improves.
