Austrian King Oyster Mushroom Factory Project

The Austrian project was invested by a local real estate company and originally planned to grow king oyster and shiitake mushrooms with a daily scale of 14,000 bags. After market research, the scale of 10000 bags/day of king oyster mushroom was finally determined. The Chinese ring-and-lid bag cultivation model and liquid strain technology are adopted.

In view of the requirements of the European market for the mushroom appearance, the traditional Chinese net pattern of mushroom production was changed, and the shelf type of mushroom production was used.

Satrise provides consulting, design in the early stage of the whole plant, and provides detailed construction drawings and blueprints. The project is currently under construction.
